C-Net freight Pvt. Ltd., uses TTSoft©, a web based application for an end to end transaction. This helps our customers and partners access information when and wherever they need. With Signature proof of deliveries for all shipment on self network and prescribed service levels.

"C-Net freight Pvt. Ltd., provides POD (proof of delivery) and PIV (pod image view) as an added feature to shipments sent through C-Net freight Pvt. Ltd.,'s SELF NETWORK (currently within Karnataka only) & on the express mode only. This facility enables a shipper to confirm a shipment has been received and signed for & you can see a picture of the recipient's signature. You can view this online, print it out, e-mail it or fax it.

You can use tracking to check the status of your shipment at any time during and within 30 days after delivery. You can use PIV to get a picture of the recipient's signature (if the signature is available) once the shipment has been delivered. This includes the signature image and associated shipment data. PIV will be provided for Delivered shipments only. Shipments currently In-Transit will not be displayed until they are delivered. PIV can take up to five days to process. Even if no signature is available, you can still view and print the available proof of delivery information. You can also check again later for the PIV. If no signature is available after seven business days, please contact Customer Service.

Please note that the signature may be unavailable if the shipment was delivered by a C-Net freight Pvt. Ltd.,'s Service Associate.
